If it's the industry standard HUB (1-3/8"x24tpi) direct thread adapter, you could order direct from a manufacturer. I have a Diligent Defense suppressor in the CLEO notification period right now, but I ordered their 1/2x28 DT adapter and it's only $55 and in stock in multiple barrel thread pitches. -

Just received approval for my Diligent Defense Enticer S Ti. For 4 Trust was resubmitted 4/30, approved 5/14. Capitol Armory said they would request an expedite on the resubmittal as it shouldn't have been rejected for the mistake in the trust beneficiary, but IDK if that had anything to do... -
