It's a good mix between the anti-doe people and not. The people getting shot speech I hear from others who are against a Sunday hunt. Grabbing onto anything they can to make an argument of it. In the hills in northern PA there are not a lot of doe or deer for that matter. Most of the state has...
Hopefully it passes, but any change in PA is the end of the world to a lot of people here. An extra couple days a season to hunt and people will be shot if they go for a walk or all the doe will be killed . Now if you would really like to start a discussion bring up the topic of...
It helps a lot now, the couple roads I looked at were actually motorcycle trails. The roads you mention go north off 402 or divide they would be in 62. If the weather is going to look bad I'll probably take the atv at the last minute but i think for now I plan to leave it home.
I've been looking over the Montrose County Road map and onX trying to figure out some roads to access places. My question is the roads that are segment id 9999 primitive pretty much an ATV road? I'm trying to decide if it'd be worth the extra bother to bring a trailer and ATV for a second rifle...
I've read a bit about Dead Horse outfitters. Never used them just researching I have done some reading. Mixed reviews but everyone dose. Give it a search maybe it's something you'd be interested in. Good Luck.
Anti-hunting groups and the pro wolf folks are all through out the US and have a common interest in mind. Unlike us hunters they all would like to see the same thing. I doubt that a special interest group in Colorado would only allow 10% of the nonresident groups to voice their opinion or to...
Thats how I always am but I'm usually getting river fish less than 24" a few weeks ago I was on Lake Ontario and got a couple 28" and the fillets are pretty thick. I thought of cutting them length wise to make them better to fry.
All my walleye is breaded and fried in a cast pan with a little lard. I'm looking to see what else people like with them. Baked or grilled ? I'm just trying to find something different to do with them.
I drew a second rifle tag in 4. Hopefully there’s a few deer around. The only good thing is there will be far less hunters and only a 5 day elk season. Good luck to you 👍🏻
When I applied I didn't really have a back up plan for if they all got killed by snow. That wasn't even thought about during my planning last year. I thought of changing plans at the last minute in March but we decided to ride it out.
So I should draw a tag in the middle of the winter kill area this year..... Bears ears, I'm trying to tell myself it won't be so bad. I assume most of the deer killed were doe and fawns. The buck we'd be looking for this year most have likely maybe survived ? Hoping for the best I guess.
