I would discourage a non-resident from applying for this unit unless they lived in Fort Collins and could drive to the area a couple times a week in December and January. -

Yeah, the east side is worthless. I wouldn’t take that route. It appears it was never legally a county road. That the commissioners decided not to start the process to make it official is what has me seething. The private owners on the west end can now block access. That’s what kills me. -

Kids
I didn't even start hunting until after my kids were born. I always wanted to hunt, but had no family that hunted. I wanted my kids to grow up hunting, so I stopped procrastinating after kid #2 was born.- jtm307
