    What makes a "good" hunter?

    I feel a guy can be a really bad hunter and a good conservationist and vice versa. I guess when I think "best" hunter I would define that as someone who consistently kills game including some exceptional specimens while doing so in a legal manner.

    I bet you'd enjoy a free range auodad hunt about as close as most of us will come to a desert bighorn. Don't be fooled by the stereotype west Texas is some rough country with few high fences or feeders.

    Any interest in pronghorn? Personally at that budget I'd be looking at NM landowner tags or a free range auodad or axis hunt in TX. I'll shoot you a pm about a free range TX ranch that has both.
