Rimfire Rifle Recommendations
I had a vortex diamondback lying around so that's what is getting used for now. Goes up to 13x I believe, more than I need right now. For field use it's actually perfect. I will keep an eye out for a scope I can dial but won't break the bank. Then it will truly function like my hunting rifle.- peterk1234

Rimfire Rifle Recommendations
I just got a tikka t1x over the weekend. And picked up my silencer for it this afternoon. Went straight to the fields for some gophers. Out to 75 yards shots were deadly. Just ordered a limbsaver recoil pad so it will feel exactly like my t3x. This 22 is a sweet little shooter.- peterk1234

Spend my money on a chronograph
I've been using it for load development for 10mm for the past few days. Attached it to my tripod I use with my spotter and just started shooting. It's small size makes it so versatile.- peterk1234

How the heck you do you pull apart the baffles? Talk about a tight fit. I can't budge them and I don't want to use anything sharp to wedge them apart.- peterk1234

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?
The system is screwed up. Not just here, but throughout the nation. All of us eventually will be taxed or if our homes. We are retired. Rimfire Rifle Recommendations
My wife's bergara carbon bmr is deadly. And that's with cheap ammo. I just shot a gopher at 110 yards this afternoon with it. Cz 457 is a no brainer. Like you. My hunting rifle is a tikka. I'm thinking of getting the t1x. Tikka is supposed to be a great gun as well.- peterk1234

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?
In the past year I have noticed Bozeman residents are spilling over into Livingston. Lots of number 6 plates here all of a sudden. It will be interesting to see if they last. I can't believe how much fun this is. And the things I'm learning about shooting with my trekking poles and using a sling to create a solid platform is priceless. I took out twenty or so today. The 22 has impressed me. Couple of shots were about 100 yards out.- peterk1234
