Using public land on the other side of a corner is akin to acquiring more public land? Interesting.

I was wondering if anyone would catch that @JM77 Good eye. I don't think it is the same, the public already owns it, but I predict our AG would see it as acquiring more land since it was previously inaccessible. He's not a fan of public land and access. And those that own the grazing leases on landlocked public tend to see it as theirs.
