RCBS Press

The RCBS Partner should be adequate for your needs, but having cases adequately lubed is the biggest factor. After depriming cases I wipe the ram with a Kleenex and some Ronsonol until it's clean and lube it with a smidgen of resizing wax. Primer residue can likely be abrasive, but I don't know if it's worse dry or with lube.

I've never gone for the progressive thing. I have two Rock Chuckers and a Reloader's Special II in a row on my bench.
The RS II has a ton of runout from doing cartridge conversions back in the day. I only use it for ram priming and my LFC dies now.

The Rock Chucker is simply indestructible. You could get into Ruger Security-Six vs Colt Python discussions about concentricity and whatnot, but my answer to that is that no one wants to run my .357 Magnum loads through their slicked up Python. You want a Ruger and a Rock Chucker because you can punish them for a lifetime and they take it with a smile.
