It helps a lot now, the couple roads I looked at were actually motorcycle trails. The roads you mention go north off 402 or divide they would be in 62. If the weather is going to look bad I'll probably take the atv at the last minute but i think for now I plan to leave it home.
I've been looking over the Montrose County Road map and onX trying to figure out some roads to access places. My question is the roads that are segment id 9999 primitive pretty much an ATV road? I'm trying to decide if it'd be worth the extra bother to bring a trailer and ATV for a second rifle...

Thats how I always am but I'm usually getting river fish less than 24" a few weeks ago I was on Lake Ontario and got a couple 28" and the fillets are pretty thick. I thought of cutting them length wise to make them better to fry.
All my walleye is breaded and fried in a cast pan with a little lard. I'm looking to see what else people like with them. Baked or grilled ? I'm just trying to find something different to do with them.

When I applied I didn't really have a back up plan for if they all got killed by snow. That wasn't even thought about during my planning last year. I thought of changing plans at the last minute in March but we decided to ride it out.
